This booklet provides basic knowledge of Coffee. It provides the reader with Kaffae’s perspective on coffee. The sections of the course are: What is coffee, Origin Myth, Economic History, The Beverage, and Who is a Barista. It is open to everyone, meaning that no prior knowledge or experience of working with coffee is required.
